Our Graduate Hub is made up of recent university graduates from across the UK who are looking to begin a teaching career in schools in London and gain meaningful classroom experience prior to embarking on a teacher training programme.

Why be part of our Graduate Hub?

This is a varied role which requires just the right combination of being proactive and reactive! It’s the perfect first step for someone interested in working with children and wanting a taste of what being a teacher is truly like.

As a member of our Graduate Hub you'll recieve the following:

Initial Training on - Safeguarding, Prevent, Behaviour Management and SEN
The opportunity to 'earn while you learn' in a real-world classroom environment
Access to a resource portal and online training
Ongoing personal developmen and training days
Create Graduate Hub point of contact and mentoring
Networking opportunities with other graduates to share experiences
Social event invites
Introductions to London-based schools and universities who can provide future teacher training

Training you'll recieve

As part of our Graduate Hub, you'll recieve training to ensure that you are confident when entering the classroom.

Our inital training covers safeguarding, PREVENT and behaviour management as well as what a typical day in a school.

In addition our partners The Learning College offer online teaching assistant qualifications which you can complete around your work.
