We work hard to continually recruit a talent bank of staff who are available for day-to-day supply which can be booked in advance or on the day. Our years of education recruitment experience means that we are able to anticipate which staff you’ll need before you know you need them and ensure that they available. So, you can rest assured that you can rely on us to provide you with the perfect member of staff even in those last minute situations.
Our Graduate Hub is made up of recent university graduates from across the UK who are looking to begin a teaching career in schools in London and gain meaningful classroom experience prior to embarking on a teacher training programme.
A school can ‘grow their own teachers’ by utilising our gifted graduates for the academic year as Teaching Assistants (Subject Specific), Teaching Assistants (General), Learning Support Mentors, Science Technicians, Sports Coaches, Dance & Drama Coaches and 1:1 Intervention Support. Within these roles, your graduate trainee teacher will immerse themselves into school life whilst gaining a tremendous insight into the hard work, passion and commitment it takes to become a teacher.
For any forward-thinking school, this will provide a ‘year-long interview’ and the perfect opportunity to access the suitability and future CPD requirements for a trainee teacher.

We can help schools with their permanent recruitment. The advantage of working with us is you only pay if we find the right person this means that you are not wasting budget on adverts which are not successful.
We work closely with you to define the role and agree the recruitment process where we can do as much or as little of the work as you require.
For example, our safer recruitment trained consultants could sit on your interview panel and we can complete all safeguarding checks on your behalf. We would also work on a marketing plan for you for multiple roles this would include a specific web page and dual branded job advertisements, a perfect way to enhance your employer brand carefully executed by our experienced marketing manager.
