We start by meeting you, either in-person or over Teams, and taking some time to get to know you and your school to find out exactly what it is your school looking for from a teaching agency. But that’s not the last you’ll see of us! We aim to meet with with your school regularly giving us the opportunity to gain feedback and for you to share any updates you may have with us.

However, we know that meetings, while good, can only give us so much information which is why we, where possible, we volunteer in all of our schools, sit-in on interview panels and observe our school staff in the classroom - all this helps us gain an insight into each school’s ethos and how it works.
