Tell us more about your experience?

I have worked in recruitment for around 5 years, and I love my job. One is the best things about being a recruiter is getting the opportunity to meet so many different and interesting people. And because recruitment is all about speaking with people and building relationships, you get to make friends, not just associates.

What do you do at Create Education?

My role at Create Education is Compliance Administrator. I support all the consultants and directors within the business. My main duty is to ensure that we are managing and maintaining quality safeguarding and security vetting checks to a high standard every day.

What do you like most about your job?

I really enjoy lively and fast-paced environment which keeps you always busy. I enjoy working on candidate’s files ensuring that they are fully compliant before being placed into a school. This makes me feel good knowing that we are always protecting our children and bettering their education. Lastly, it is always rewarding when see a candidate has been offered work and that you have played a big part in this.

When you’re not working, what are you most likely to be doing?

Family means everything to me. I am very lucky to have a big close family that do everything together. My daughter Isabelle is very active and outgoing, so we spend most of our spare time at the zoo or visiting many different parks. I also enjoy spending time with my close friends as much as possible, this usually happens on a Friday or Saturday evening where we would get a takeaway and have a girly catch up.

At school what were you most likely to be voted?

Most accident-prone – I have managed to crack my head open a few times and break a few fingers. This is mainly due to the sports I use to play.

What would your school report say about you?

My school reports would most definitely say I would talk to much in certain classes, mainly during the classes I shared with my best friend. These are the best memories I have from school, as we would be hysterically laughing so much that our teacher would have no choice but to send us out of class to calm down.
