We are proud to announce that we have signed the Mental Health in Recruitment Awareness to Action Pledge.  

Working in education recruitment means working hard and for long hours and while it’s rewarding, we know it’s entirely possible to burn out. But we don’t want that for our team. By signing this pledge we are making a promise to our team that we’ll always put their mental health first. 

We’ve already take our first steps on the MHIR roadmap and made changes that we hope the whole team at Team will benefit from. Ultimately our end goal is to change how mental health is viewed, supported and talked about in our workplace.
