Cover Supervisor - Flexible Work - Pleasant Location - Enfield

Create Education are currently looking for charismatic, dynamic and enthusiastic cover supervisors. We want people who are passionate about supporting children with their learning, or have a passion for a particular subject that they intend to one day teach as a fully qualified teacher.

The school is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Secondary School in the London Borough of Enfield, and is well known for being a pleasant school within the borough.

The school are particularly looking to speak with candidates with degrees and classroom experience. They offer a fantastic Teacher Training programme, so any budding teachers are encouraged to apply.

Cover Supervisor - Flexible Work - Pleasant Location - Enfield

• Leading and assisting students, motivating and inspiring them in a classroom environment.
• Covering teacher absence, ensuring class standards are maintained or even improved, so that lessons are still progressive and engaging.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and focus in the absence of the teacher.
• Supporting and collaborating with the school to cover roles that the school requires assistance with
• £125 - £140 per day
• London Borough of Enfield.
• Temp to permanent contract with an ASAP start.

Person Specification
· A minimum of 1 year experience working within the classroom or education environment.
· Aspiring Secondary Teachers.
· Reliability, personality and enthusiasm are valued qualities.
· Experience supporting additional needs is a bonus.
