Smile Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated and experienced PPA Cover Teacher to join our team in providing essential support to primary schools across Wolverhampton. This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to make a positive impact while enjoying flexibility in their work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide PPA cover for primary school teachers, delivering engaging and structured lessons in accordance with school curriculum guidelines.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment during PPA sessions.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and support students' progress.
• Use assessment strategies to evaluate student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Prepare and organise resources for PPA sessions, ensuring a seamless transition for students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching across primary Key Stages (KS1 and KS2).
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students during PPA sessions.
• Flexibility and availability to work part-time hours as required.
