Premises Assistant - Camden

Are you a Premises Assistant who is looking for a role in a school setting?

If you are, we have an OFSTED Rated Outstanding School in the London Borough of Camden looking to speak with enthusiastic and experienced Premises Assistant's for opportunities working with mainstream and SEN students. The school caters for and works with students between EYFS and KS2 with mixed learning levels and has a fantastic provision for SEN students.

The school are particularly interested if you have previously worked in a similar setting, but also open to caretakers with experience of general maintenance and repairs. They are looking for someone to join the school in Septmeber, however, if you are avaialble in late August they would also be happy for you to start then.

Job Details - Premises Assistant 

· Responsible for the general maintenance and development of the fabric and grounds of the academy, to a high standard.
· To provide a safe, secure, clean, warm and stimulating environment for all site users and visitors.
· Temporary to Permanent Contract. 
· Early & Late shift patterns. 
· £100 - £120 per day – UMB/PAYE option available.

Person Specification - Premises Assistant 

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to undertake a range of general maintenance, caretaking, decorating tasks and cleaning duties.
· Enthusiasm, energetic and committed to working full days! 
· A flexible approach to working hours.
