Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Assess and monitor progress effectively to ensure strong outcomes
  • Foster positive behaviour and a love of learning
  • Work closely with colleagues and support staff to provide the best educational experience for pupils
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community
