Person Specification:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
  • Dedicated, professional, and confident in delivering high-quality teaching across the primary phase
  • A reflective and enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for primary education
  • Able to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils of varying abilities
  • Committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress
  • Keen to contribute to whole-school development and ongoing professional learning
  • Experience in curriculum planning, assessment, and delivering engaging lessons
  • Able to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum
  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to inform future planning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and uphold the school’s values
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Support enrichment activities that enhance pupils’ learning experiences
