KS1 Teacher (Potential Subject Lead)

The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across the KS1 curriculum
• Plan creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons
• Assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to team planning and whole-school development
• Have the potential to take on a subject leadership role in the future

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
• Is passionate about KS1 education and committed to high standards
• Demonstrates strong classroom practice and positive behaviour management
• Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
• Can inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities
• Values teamwork and contributes positively to school life
