A vibrant, 2 form entry primary school in Greenwich are looking to hire an outstanding Teacher this September to join the team.
The primary school has 2 sites and is federated with 2 additional schools who all share resources, which means that there are plenty of opportunities for career progression - They additionally have a specialised support provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to Year 6.
They are currently seeking either a skilled and experienced Teacher to join their team, but would be open to welcoming an ECT at the start of their journey, they are flexible with year groups due to internal growth opportunities for their existing members of staff and should the candidate express a desire to work within SEN the a position could be explored within the ARP.
Primary School Teacher (EYFS - Year 6) - Greenwich - ECT's Welcome to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, differentiated teaching across EYFS to Year 6 students
  • Opportunities to work within the ARP with pupils who have a wide range of SEN needs, but mostly autism (ASD)
  • Work closely with parents, external agencies, and the school leadership team to monitor and review student progress.
  • Ensure the learning environment is inclusive, nurturing, and supportive for children with varying needs and abilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and implement interventions when necessary.
Essential Criteria:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • ECT's welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary school curriculum.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team and communicate confidently with parents and external professionals.
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
