Year 3 Teacher – Exciting Opportunity (Start September)

Create Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in Bexley, starting September.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2, helping to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
• Have experience or a strong understanding of Lower Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3
• Be a reflective and effective classroom practitioner
• Be able to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners
• Demonstrate a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Work well as part of a supportive and collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons for a Year 3 class
• Support pupils in making a successful transition into Key Stage 2
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
• Contribute to the positive ethos and wider life of the school
