We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher to join our close-knit, community primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of children.
Our school serves a community where many pupils face social and economic challenges. As a result, we are looking for a teacher who combines strong behaviour management with warmth, empathy, and high expectations, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to succeed.
The successful candidate will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent UK primary teaching experience, ideally within KS1
  • Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
  • Have high expectations for both learning and behaviour
  • Be resilient, reflective, and committed to inclusive practice
  • Be passionate about inspiring, motivating, and nurturing children
  • Work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team
