Are you passionate about geography and inspiring young minds? A highly-regarded secondary school in London is seeking a talented and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team.
*There are 2 vacancies in the department, one as a Head of Department.

The Role


As a Geography Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that inspire a love for geography in students aged 11–18.
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a global perspective.
  • Contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum and take part in enriching extra-curricular activities, including field trips.
  • Play an active role in our school’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:
  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A relevant degree.
  • Have a track record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving excellent outcomes for students.
  • Be enthusiastic about geography and have a commitment to inspiring the next generation of geographers.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,766.00-£60,092.00 per year (MPS/UPS)
