Cover Supervisor – Enfield, North London
Are you an enthusiastic and confident individual looking to gain valuable classroom experience? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cover Supervisor to join a thriving secondary school in Enfield, North London.
This role is ideal for those with a passion for education who enjoy working with young people. As a Cover Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students follow the school’s behaviour policies.
• Provide support and guidance to students to help them stay on task.
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure lesson objectives are met.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude with personality.
• A degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential).

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
