Do you have experience supporting challenging behaviour and mental health needs within a school setting?
Are you looking for a new challenge in your career within education?
Create Education are looking to speak with enthusiastic and experienced Behaviour Mentors for some exciting opportunities working with SEN students in an OFSTED Rated Good Alternative Provision in the London Borough of Bexley.
The schools are truly outstanding primary schools in Bexley that caters for and works with KS1 and KS2 students between with mixed learning levels and has a fantastic provision for SEN students. The successful Behaviour Mentor would ideally be experienced with or willing to work with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other kinds of challenging behaviour.
The role will be working 1:1 with students who need extra support throughout the day. Both roles will have a sensory and speech and language aspect, as both students are nonverbal. Experience with challenging behaviour and ASD is preferred in this role, as the students are known to be challenging.
The role will start on a 4-week temporary basis before going permanent. This is used a trial/probation period to ensure the candidate is right for the school and the school is right for the candidate.

· Must be able to work well with a team of Behaviour Mentor and Behaviour Mentor.
