About the Role
Support pupils with behavioural and SEMH needs in a secondary school. Ideal for graduates interested in education, psychology, or youth work.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support
• Promote positive behaviour strategies
• Work with pastoral and SEN teams
• Support emotional regulation

Requirements

• Degree in any subject
• Resilient and patient approach
• Strong communication skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
