About the role
You’ll be supporting within a Nursery class, working closely with the teacher to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences while supporting children’s development in a nurturing and structured way.
What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
• Experience working with children aged 2–5
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A caring, proactive and positive approach
• Someone who wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work

Your responsibilities

• Supporting engaging EYFS activities and learning through play
• Creating a safe, stimulating and well-organised environment
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
• Supporting routines and personal care where required
• Contributing to observations and progress tracking
