Our nursery provides a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children from the age of 2 years old. Our ethos is centred around fostering a love for learning and ensuring each child feels valued, supported, and confident. We believe the foundation of lifelong learning is built in the Early Years, and by offering a caring, home-from-home environment, we help children explore their world, develop essential social and cognitive skills, and build strong self-esteem. The nursery is attached to a lovely pre-prep school, offering a strong sense of community and continuity, as well as smooth transitions into the next stage of education.

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with families
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
  • Promote positive behaviour and uphold safeguarding standards
  • Contribute to planning, reflection, and continuous improvement within the setting
About You
  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Are passionate about Early Years education and child development
  • Are reliable, nurturing, and enthusiastic
  • Are keen to develop professionally and grow long-term within one setting
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
  • Value teamwork, consistency, and a strong sense of community
What We Offer
  • Competitive starting salary (£27,300 for Level 3 and above, depending on experience)
  • Up to 5 days paid sick leave per year
  • 33 days paid annual leave, including a paid day off for your birthday
  • Ongoing training and clear career development opportunities
  • Childcare discount
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Refer-a-friend bonus
  • Long-service bonuses at 3 and 5 years
Job Type: Full-time
This role is ideal for someone who is not just looking for a position, but for a long-term opportunity to grow, develop, and become a valued member of a nurturing early years community.

We are committed to safeguarding children. Each applicant will be expected to undertake compliance checks including Prohibited list, Barred list, DBS and Qualifications.
