About the Role
Are you a teacher who still loves the classroom but wants the freedom to shape your own week? At Smile Education, we’re working closely with a network of welcoming primary schools in Willenhall, Whitley (CV3) and the surrounding Coventry areas – and we’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to step in and make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, inspiring lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Adapting quickly to different classroom environments and school cultures.
• Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour.
• Supporting pupils’ progress through effective marking and feedback (where required).
• Building rapport with staff, pupils, and parents to create continuity.

 
What We’re Looking For

• QTS (or completing ECT induction).
• Strong classroom presence and adaptability.
• Genuine passion for teaching and motivating young learners.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
• Confident across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
