Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge?

Create Education are working alongside an Ofsted 'Outstanding' Rated primary school based in Ealing who are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in their school.
The successful candidate will work across Early Years, KS1 & KS2, and be called upon to support classroom teachers throughout.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support for children during educational activities
- Assist in implementing individualised educational plans for each child
- Support the lead teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement appropriate strategies for children with special needs
- Monitor and document the progress of each child and communicate observations to the lead teacher
The role is to start immediately, and you must have a Valid Enhanced DBS.

Salary: £120 - £150 per day
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ealing, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
  • Must have Level 3 qualification to be considered

Experience:
  • Special education: 1 year (preferred
