We're looking for charismatic, confident, and adaptable individuals to join fantastic secondary schools in Enfield as Cover Supervisors.
This isn't about standing at the front of a class reading from a worksheet. It's about creating an environment where students stay engaged, focused, and motivated to learn. Your confidence, sense of humour, and ability to connect with young people will be just as important as any previous classroom experience.
Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a Teaching Assistant ready for the next step, a graduate exploring a career in education, or someone with experience coaching, mentoring, performing, or leading groups, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing - Every day is different.
One lesson you could be encouraging a Year 7 class through a science experiment, the next you'll be leading a Year 10 English lesson or helping students stay focused ahead of their exams.
You'll deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and ensure learning continues smoothly while teachers are away.
Most importantly, you'll bring energy, confidence, and a calm presence that students respect.

• Have a positive sense of humour and enjoy working with young people

Experience in schools is fantastic, but we're also interested in people who have developed these skills elsewhere.
