Cover Supervisor – Enfield, London
We are currently seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Enfield, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience working within London secondary schools who are looking to make a positive impact in education. Candidates from performance, theatre, coaching, sports, or youth engagement backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply, as the role suits energetic and engaging personalities who can confidently lead a classroom.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
  • Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Maintain a focused and productive classroom environment
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Encourage student participation and engagement
  • Support students in completing classwork effectively
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience working in London secondary schools
  • Confidence leading groups of young people
  • Strong classroom presence and the ability to keep students engaged and motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, proactive, and professional approach
  • Experience in theatre, sports coaching, performing arts, youth work, or similar transferable backgrounds is highly desirable
