Due to growth, Create Education are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant and aspiring Team Leader to join our vibrant team from September 2023. You will be working near London Bridge, a stone’s throw from the famous borough market; you will receive a competitive basic salary between £30,000 – 40,000 with lots of opportunity for progression and you will be earning BONUSES from day 1.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be recruiting staff on a temporary and permanent basis for schools. This is a full 360 recruitment consultant opportunity where you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients, booking meetings, whilst demonstrating to them the benefits of working with Create Education as a recruitment supplier.

If wanted, you will work towards becoming a team leader for the primary team and would work directly alongside the Director with the view of taking over a warm established primary desk should that be a career path you would like to take.

You will naturally be recruiting for a variety of roles such as Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors and Non education support roles.


WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Using various business development tools to build relationships with schools, these include cold calling, visits, volunteer days and hosting networking events
• Preparing marketing material to attract new schools to use Create Educations services
• Recruiting candidates and using various techniques to do so, including writing adverts, sourcing using online boards, creating a strong social media Presence and head hunting.
• Achieve set KPI’s and targets on a weekly basis with the support of your team
• Conduct telephone, virtual and face to face interviews with candidates.
• Work alongside the specialised compliance and admin team to ensure the candidates are fully compliant to work.
• Work proactively and at speed to fill client’s vacancy requirements.

ARE YOU IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE?

• Previous recruitment experience is essential.
• Comfortable working in a targeted and fast paced recruitment environment.
• Investigative in nature, experience of asking open questions, with an ability to make others feel comfortable and valued.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tenacious and resilient.
• Highly organised with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional, sociable and friendly with a great sense of humour.
• Punctual and reliable.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

Term time – 7.15am – 4.45pm (4pm finish on a Friday)
School Holidays - 9am - 3.30pm
