KS1 Teacher (Experienced) – Enfield, London
We are seeking a passionate and experienced KS1 Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive school community in Enfield, London.
This role is ideal for an inspiring educator who understands the importance of being a positive role model in young children’s lives. You will play a key part in shaping early learning experiences, nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning, while helping pupils develop socially, emotionally, and academically in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1
A strong track record of effective classroom practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for relationship building and supporting children’s development
A proactive, reflective, and team-oriented approach
