Person Specification:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
• Dedicated, professional, and demonstrates strong classroom practice across the primary phase
• Holds a relevant teaching qualification and is an effective and reflective practitioner
• Able to motivate, inspire, and engage pupils of varying abilities
• Passionate about primary education and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• Committed to ongoing professional development and contributing to whole-school improvement
• Experience in curriculum planning, assessment, and delivering high-quality lessons
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to inform planning and next steps
• Contribute positively to team planning and collaborative working
• Support whole-school initiatives and uphold the school’s values and expectations
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Promote enrichment opportunities that enhance learning and personal development
