Create Education is Excited to Be Working With a supportive and dynamic school near Kennington that specialises in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) education. We are seeking a passionate, reflective, and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join this nurturing and inclusive school community.

The Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and support tailored to SEMH learners
  • Plan engaging, differentiated lessons that meet pupils’ academic and emotional needs
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to team planning and whole-school SEMH development
  • Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and social development
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
  • Has experience or a strong interest in SEMH education
  • Demonstrates effective behaviour management and supportive classroom practice
  • Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
  • Can inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their potential
  • Values teamwork and contributes positively to school life
