The Role As an SEMH Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and support tailored to SEMH learners
- Plan engaging, differentiated lessons that meet pupils’ academic and emotional needs
- Assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to team planning and whole-school SEMH development
- Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and social development
We Are Looking For Someone Who:- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
- Has experience or a strong interest in SEMH education
- Demonstrates effective behaviour management and supportive classroom practice
- Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
- Can inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their potential
- Values teamwork and contributes positively to school life
