Position Overview:
The school are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Secondary Maths Teacher to inspire and educate students across a range of key stages. As a member of the experienced Maths team, you will deliver engaging lessons, support student development, and help foster a love for the subject. The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to making a difference in students' academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics to students of varying abilities.
Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing timely feedback.
Prepare students for exams, supporting them in achieving their best possible results.
Contribute to curriculum development and improvement within the department.
Support and encourage students both academically and personally, helping them build confidence.
Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4, KS5).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for Maths and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
The ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
A proactive, professional approach and a collaborative team player.
