  • Experience in curriculum design, assessment, and leadership is desirable
  • Energy and drive to build on GCSE results and contribute to high-quality post-16 provision
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the department
  • Develop and implement an inspiring, forward-thinking curriculum
  • Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous professional development
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive school-wide academic success
  • Oversee extracurricular Geography activities such as clubs and field trips
