They are always looking for high-quality teaching staff and are currently seeking an SEN English Teacher who has experience teaching English within either an SEN or mainstream school environment.

Person Specification – SEN English Teacher – Three Bridges, Crawley

• UK QTS is essential
• At least 1 year's teaching experience within a school
• Qualified and experienced in teaching English
• Experience working within either SEN or mainstream education
• A strong understanding of SEN and additional needs
• Previous experience working with students with SEN is desirable
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential
• Adaptable, patient and committed to inclusive education
