Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Geography curriculum.
- Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- If appointed as Head of Department: lead the Geography team, oversee curriculum planning, and drive departmental improvement initiatives.
Person Specification- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Geography.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching Geography at secondary level.
- Strong leadership skills and experience (for Head of Department consideration).
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
