West London Provision (W13 Area)

Are you a passionate educator who believes in shaping young people’s personal development, wellbeing, and future life skills?
A new and forward-thinking alternative provision in West London is seeking a dedicated PSHE Teacher to join their expanding team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing setting supporting learners across Key Stage 4, Post-16, and Outreach pathways.

The provision supports young people to gain meaningful qualifications, build confidence, and develop essential life and employability skills in a supportive and structured environment.

The Role
As a PSHE Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver engaging PSHE lessons across KS4 and Post-16 learners
  • Support students’ personal development, wellbeing, and life skills education
  • Help learners work towards accreditations and recognised qualifications
  • Adapt learning to meet a range of emotional, behavioural, and educational needs
  • Work closely with pastoral and support staff to ensure positive outcomes
  • Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Support students who may have experienced barriers to mainstream education

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds QTS or QTLS (essential for this role)
  • Has experience teaching PSHE or similar curriculum areas
  • Has strong behaviour management skills
  • Enjoys working with learners who require additional support or alternative approaches
  • Is passionate about personal development, wellbeing, and life skills education
  • Can build strong, positive relationships with young people
  • Is adaptable, resilient, and creative in their teaching approach
