Start Date: Monday 6th July
Pay: £110 per day (Umbrella) can also offer a PAYE option
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

Create Education is recruiting for a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Newham. This is a full-time, long-term position starting on Monday 6th July, with the role continuing into the next academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and is looking to secure a long-term role within a supportive school.

The Role

Supporting students with Special Educational Needs across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Providing one-to-one and small group support in and out of the classroom.
Working closely with class teachers and the SEN department to support students' learning and wellbeing.
Encouraging student engagement, confidence and independence.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs.
A patient, caring and proactive approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their full potential.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

What We Offer

£110 per day (Umbrella).
A full-time, long-term position with continuity into the next academic year.
Ongoing support from your dedicated Create Education consultant.
