Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
We are seeking an exceptional SEN/SEMH Teacher to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school community in North London.

About the Role

As our new SEN/SEMH Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports both academic and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised learning plans.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring that every child can achieve their full potential.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and external agencies.
About You
We are looking for a teacher who is:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Experienced in teaching pupils with SEN and/or SEMH needs (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Confident in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to promote engagement and progress.
  • Committed, empathetic, and resilient with a genuine passion for inclusive education.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
