A warm and welcoming Church of England primary school in Central London is seeking a dedicated
Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their caring and experienced team. You’ll play a key role in helping children flourish socially, emotionally, and academically in a safe and inspiring setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support the class teacher and pupils by:
- Assisting with daily phonics, reading, and early maths activities.
- Supporting small groups and individuals through play-based learning.
- Encouraging positive routines, social skills, and emotional well-being.
- Helping create a stimulating and inclusive environment both indoors and outdoors.
- Collaborating with the EYFS team to adapt activities to meet individual needs.
We’d Love to Hear From You If:
- You’ve worked in an EYFS or Nursery setting and understand early years child development.
- You’re warm, proactive, and love making learning fun.
- You’re confident supporting speech, language, and early literacy.
- You hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- You’re committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous professional growth.
