Learning Support Assistant Opportunities – English Graduates
Based in Lewisham
Are you graduating with a degree in English or a related subject and looking to gain hands-on experience in a school before deciding on your long-term career path?
We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and motivated graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in a range of fantastic primary and secondary schools we partner with in Lewisham. This is an excellent opportunity if you want to explore the education sector and build practical experience before potentially becoming a teacher or pursuing another area within education.
Many of our English graduates have found that working as an LSA allows them to develop a real understanding of classroom dynamics, student needs, and different teaching approaches — all while being supported by experienced professionals and like-minded graduates.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you may:
  • Support students in class and in small groups
  • Work closely with pupils with additional needs
  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons (especially in literacy and English)

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
