About the role
You’ll be supporting within a Nursery class, working closely with the teacher to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences while supporting children’s development in a nurturing and structured way.
What we’re looking for

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
Experience working with children aged 2–5
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A caring, proactive and positive approach
Someone who wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work

Your responsibilities

Supporting engaging EYFS activities and learning through play
Creating a safe, stimulating and well-organised environment
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
Supporting routines and personal care where required
Contributing to observations and progress tracking
