About the Role
Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging EYFS learning experiences while supporting children’s day-to-day routines in a caring and structured way.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the delivery of fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS activities
  • Helping to create inspiring and well-organised learning environments
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and social development through play
  • Assisting with personal care routines in a safe and nurturing manner
  • Contributing to observations and assessments to support each child’s progress
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents
  • Upholding safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
  • Experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery or school setting
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, patient and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • First Aid and Safeguarding training (desirable, but can be provided)
