About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with dedicated teaching staff to inspire, support, and guide pupils in achieving their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Assisting children individually or in small groups to enhance learning and progress.
• Helping to maintain a positive, calm, and caring classroom environment.
• Supporting pupils’ emotional well-being and social development.
• Supervising pupils during class activities, play, and transitions.
• Contributing to the overall care and welfare of all pupils.

You’ll work closely with teaching staff to ensure every child thrives both academically and personally.

• Have prior experience working with children in a primary school setting.
