Create Education is recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Primary Teachers for roles in primary schools across Wandsworth.
We’re looking for teachers who bring creativity to the classroom, build positive relationships and have high expectations for every pupil. If you’re passionate about primary education and ready for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

The role
Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that support pupils’ progress.
• Creating a welcoming classroom with clear routines and positive behaviour expectations.
• Using assessment to identify gaps in learning and plan effective next steps.
• Adapting teaching to meet a range of needs, including SEND and EAL.
• Working closely with colleagues, support staff and families.
• Contributing to school life and maintaining high standards of safeguarding.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Primary classroom experience, including teaching placements for ECTs.
• Strong curriculum knowledge in your preferred phase.
• Effective classroom management and confident communication.
• A thoughtful, adaptable approach to teaching.
• A commitment to helping every child succeed.
