Create Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to work with children who have challenging behaviour, ASD and SEMH. Does this sound like a role that could suit you?

This particular school is looking for a top-quality member of staff to fit into their experienced team. They pride themselves on their ability to provide a nurturing environment where students have the opportunity to grow both personally and academically. Majority of the students come with mental health issues making mainstream education challenging for them. The role will involve working with students who need extra support throughout the day. Building a professional working relationship with the students is of paramount importance to ensure they feel supported and heard.
